1 Introduction & Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 97hi platform and its services. By visiting the 97hi website, creating an account, or using any game or service, you are considered to have legally agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform. 97hi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offense.

3 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 97hi is ৳500. Deposits must be made through accepted payment methods.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please notify the support team. Deposits made from unauthorised or third-party accounts are not accepted.

4 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

4.1 Withdrawal Terms

The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit.
Withdrawal processing may be held if account verification has not been completed.
Where applicable, funds earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rejection

97hi reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests and freeze account funds in cases of suspected fraud, multiple accounts, money laundering concerns, or other policy violations.

5 Welcome Bonus

New members at 97hi receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

5.1 Bonus Examples

If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500.
If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus combined. For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, total bets of ৳15,000 must be placed before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period.
Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
97hi reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of bonus abuse.
The terms of other promotional offers will apply separately.
97hi reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer.

6 VIP Program

97hi offers a five-tier VIP program for regular players. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on activity and performance. 97hi authorities reserve the right to modify VIP benefits and criteria.
